Scholarship Description:The ACCA Nurture Scholarship award opens up opportunities to the best of both worlds. Successful candidates will gain a world class accounting qualification, and subsequently develop and build a career with international service firms. Two joint awards are available in 2011 – KPMG LLP and Helmi Talib & Co.
These awards are for the July 2011 semester (first examination December 2011)
a. Singapore or a Singapore Permanent Resident as at 1 January 2011.
b. Aged between 18 and 23 as at 1 January 2011.
c. Have the minimum of two GCE ‘A’ Levels and three GCSEs (‘O’ Levels) or equivalent in fiveseparate subjects, including English and Mathematics, or its equivalent.
d. Prepared to pursue the ACCA examinations as a full-time student.
e. Is not currently employed, and will not be employed either in a full-time or a part-time capacityfor the whole duration of the scholarship (3 years).
f. Have read and understood the Terms and Conditions (Section Six) found on the last page ofthis document.
