Simon Youth Scholarships

 Simon Youth Foundation works to help students achieve their goals, and cost alone should not prevent a student from furthering their education. Each year, SYF awards approximately $1 million in scholarships to help students with the cost of post-secondary education.
• Simon Youth Community Scholarships are available to high school seniors living within 50 miles of a Simon mall.
• Simon Youth Academy Scholarships are available only to graduates of Simon Youth Academies.


Simon Youth Academy Scholarship Program
  • To be eligible, applicants must:
  • Be currently enrolled and graduating in the Spring or Summer of 2016 from one of the Simon Youth Foundation Academies located in Simon Property Malls and/or other locations identified by SYF
OR
  • Be a recent graduate of a Simon Youth Academy (Fall 2015 graduate)
AND
  • Plan to enroll in an accredited two- or four-year college, university, vocational/technical or trade school full-time in Fall 2016
  • Attend the Academy graduation ceremony if selected as an Academy Scholarship recipient
  • Applicants will be evaluated based on academic promise, letter of recommendation, essay response, work experience and community/extracurricular involvement
  • Scholarships will be awarded up to $10,000 annually and are renewable
Simon Youth Community Scholarship Program
  • To be eligible, applicants must:
  • Be a high school senior attending school and living within 50 miles of the Simon® property associated with the application
  • Be a legal U.S. resident
  • Plan to enroll full-time in an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational/technical school in Fall 2016
  • Demonstrate academic promise and financial need
  • Applicants will be evaluated based on academic promise, financial need, essay response, work experience and community/extracurricular involvement
  • Scholarships in the amount of $1,500, one at each Simon® property, will be awarded annually and are not renewable
 Applications are due by March 1 2016.
